iPad Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

Open to US residents only. All winners must be 18 years of age or older.

1. Entering Contest and Choosing/Contacting Winners

Winners of contests will be chosen at random from member lists.

Winners of contests will be contacted at the email address on file when joining GroupDVM.

Only one entry per member will be allowed.

Claiming of prize requires and email response to GroupDVM from the winning member email within 15 days of being notified of winning at the email address used for membership. Failure to respond shall mean the winner forfeits the prize. GroupDVM is not required to award elsewhere any prices forfeited by the chosen winner.

2. Awarding Prizes

Winners are solely responsible for all taxes and/or fees that may be incurred.

Each winner must supply GroupDVM with his/her legal name, mailing address, birth date, daytime and nighttime phone numbers.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.

Neither GroupDVM, GroupDVM employees, or GroupDVM sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damages, injury, or any other claim incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, GroupDVM may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Management, employees, and families of GroupDVM are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by GroupDVM.

GroupDVM reserves the right to alter any rules of any contest at anytime.
